It's shocking that the sales staff doesn't let customers know there’s no return policy. I purchased a product I wanted to test out at home alongside another item, and I definitely wouldn’t have made the purchase if I had known it wasn’t returnable. When I brought this up in the store, the response was simply - that’s just how we do things. Terrible customer service, I won’t be returning.

I got a sweater from Extreme Cashmere. It arrived without any hang tags, just the inner label from the designer. This was meant to be a gift, but it doesn’t feel fresh. The biggest letdown was shelling out over $500 for a sweater that reeked of floral perfume. As a clothing store owner, I know a thing or two about this stuff. They claimed it had just been sitting in the stockroom. I won’t be shopping here again.

I've been a loyal customer of Salt for quite some time, but my latest visit was a letdown. I tried on two identical tops in different sizes and, regrettably, got a bit of makeup on the collars. I figured that’s just part of the deal in a high-end shop, so I even offered to buy one of the tops (which I really didn’t want) or pay for dry cleaning. Instead, the sales assistant pushed me to buy both tops and then, rather unprofessionally, said, 'but don’t be mad with me.' There’s definitely a better way to handle these situations, and this wasn’t it. I’ve spent a lot of money here and have sent quite a few friends their way, but I won’t be coming back.

The customer service and communication were top-notch both prior to and following my order. I was a bit anxious since I hadn’t come across your boutique before. I'm really pleased with my buy; the dress fits like a dream and the colors are just what I was looking for. The shipping cost was a tad high, but totally worth it. Huge thanks!
